Privacy

Scratch and Scribble are designed to be private by default. They keep your data on-device wherever possible, don’t track you across apps, and never sell or share data with advertisers. Each app’s App Store listing has a detailed privacy nutrition label, and the in-app first-launch screen highlights anything that leaves your device. The umbrella JOYWORLD Privacy Policy covers any cross-property data flow.

Hardware

JOYware also explores small physical objects — toys, sensors, art objects — that connect to the JOYWORLD universe in unexpected ways. Hardware projects live offline until they’re ready; nothing is for sale here yet.

It licenses the JOYWORLD brand from JOYWORLD LLC, the Wyoming entity that owns the JOYWORLD wordmark, the character names, and the underlying art. JOYware is an independent operating company with its own engineering, distribution, and support.
