When you buy a JOYWORLD NFT, the art that comes with it is yours. Not licensed. Not rented. Yours — the same way a painting on your wall belongs to you. Sell prints, make derivatives, license it to a movie, destroy it, build your own brand on top of it. No caps, no approvals, no royalties due to us.

JOYWORLD keeps a license back from you, so we can keep building the JOYWORLD universe — putting your JOY in our own marketing, on our website, in animations, and in whatever JOYWORLD becomes. The brand stays with JOYWORLD; the art is yours.

Versions

Each JOYWORLD NFT references a specific version of this License in its on-chain metadata. Once a version is published, its terms never change. New JOYs may reference newer versions; that doesn’t affect older JOYs, who keep the terms they were minted under.
